Refund Policy

If you’re not satisfied, email us within 30 days of your purchase for a full refund. No questions asked.

How it works

• Window: 30 calendar days from your purchase date.
• How to request: Email support@verinome.org from the address you purchased with, or reply to your receipt. You do not have to give a reason.
• How much: A full refund of the one-time price you paid.
• How it’s returned: To your original payment method, normally within 5-10 business days of approval (your bank may take longer to post it).

You keep your reports

Verinome’s reports and PDF download to your own device on day one and stay there. Refunding does not delete them, we couldn’t retrieve them if we tried, because we never had your data. The guarantee is our risk to carry, not yours: you keep what you downloaded, and you get your money back.

One price, for life

Verinome is a one-time purchase, $49 once, yours for life. It is not a subscription. There is no recurring charge to cancel and nothing to renew.

Fair use

Refunds are intended for genuine dissatisfaction. We may decline repeated purchase-and-refund cycles from the same person that indicate abuse of the guarantee.
